The fate of this appointment as a permanent role or a mere interim measure remains uncertain. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread acclaim and has meticulously crafted an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined FC Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and subsequently rose to the position of chief scout under the guidance of Schmadtke.
