The fate of whether this appointment will be elevated to a permanent role or merely serve as an interim measure remains unclear. The 34-year-old scout has garnered high praise and has cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined FC Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and subsequently rose to the position of head scout under Schmadtke.
