During the 2009-2010 football season, amendments were made to Premier League regulations B.13, C.71, C.72, and C.75, which were subsequently revised to C.79 and C.80 as of September 10, 2009, for the remainder of the campaign.

In the 2010/2011 season, the English Premier League implemented regulations B.13, C.78, C.79, C.86, and C.87.

In the 2011/12 campaign, the English Premier League regulations B.13, E.3, E.4, E.11, and E.12 were applicable.
